You can add a link to GhostSurf on Internet Explorer's (IE's) toolbar.
To begin, right-click IE's toolbar and choose "Customize..." as shown
below.

The window shown below will appear. Choose the GhostSurf item, and
click the "Add" button.

Now you're done! You'll see the GhostSurf button as shown below.
